Northern Europeans don't get involved in organized crime like that when they are living as a homogenous group. They only collectivize in that capacity as a defense against organized non-whites (think of Italians, Jews, Blacks, Hispanics, etc).

ummm, it's usually a mix of nationalities, some ethnic scandinavians but they tend to have removed themselves out of the visible part.
