the smart people move to chicago, some do NYC or CA, some do growing metro areas like denver, austin, raleigh, seattle, etc.

the dumb white trash stay in their small towns with no prospects of bettering their lives

there's no reason to stay - the jobs are gone, few good ones that are left have been given to H1b pajeets, the rest of the country has warmer/sunnier weather, better scenery, better roads, less taxes

Iowan here. It's not all good in the hood. Every time our governor does something good, she does at least one retarded thing as well. Removes trannies from the state bill of rights, but then makes sure there's nothing to stop our water from being poisoned. Our capital city just had a water scare where the treatment plants could barely handle all the nitrates in the water, but nothing will come of it. Businesses die faster than they are replaced, there's almost no future here and it blows. Our "cities" are basically just orbiting universities and hospitals at this point, and they're all crumbling with age. God help Cedar Falls and Niggerloo once John Deere finally goes tits up, it'll be apocalyptic.

Going up in North Central Iowa was pretty painful. The only thing to do as a teenager with a car was to drive in a literal loop in the downtown of the “city” and meet random people from even smaller cities. My friends and I would throw sticks of butter on their windows just for fun, then they’d chase us in their car for a while.
Dating I would pretty unlucky because I called a fat girl fat when she ansked me to date her and then I got black listed from dating for the rest of my Highschool time. I didn’t even realise that is what had happened until years later when I saw the fat girl who became skinny refused to talk to me.
I then moved to Asia after university and found out that I was actually indeed attractive with White Girls and Asian girls all over me.
Glad I left.

My faggot, overcompensating for our past Whiteness mayor and city council is currently behind a low income housing unit right next to the beautiful Mississippi river. To house no less than 200 dwellings so around 1,000 shitskin invaders to come ruin our city like the Chicago and Milwaukee trash niggers already did.
