This is what her team told the daily mail, and I think it reads as a clear attempt to put pressure on trump, considering the context.
This came right as the backlash was starting to hit about the memo, not long after that they spoke to her lawyer, had the interviews, then moved her to a low security prison (which shouldn't be possible for people convicted of human trafficking).
All that being said, its especially weird when you check trumps previous statements on ghislaine. And why the DOJ places so much value in testimony from someone who's been found guilty of perjury, and didn't even provide much new information to the case when interviewed.
