What a fucking joke
Putin diehards were celebrating Russia's faint in Pokrovsk. They don't realize what a fucking trap that was. The next thing that happens after that, Ukraine calls in the Azov Corps and all Hell breaks loose.
>On the Orak-Robotyne axis, Russian paratroopers were forced to abandon their entrenched lines
>Ukraine not only breached a trench, they pierced the heart of Russia's fortified southern front
>With two key villages west of the Tokmak road falling under Kyiv's control (namely, Kolodiazi and Vorone), Ukraine has broken through the eastern salient in Zaporizhzhia
>That breach wasn't just symbolic - it set the stage for a larger trap, one where Russian units are being squeezed on both flanks
>Satellite imagery confirms elite airborne forces are now retreating
>Entire artillery banks on the left bank of the Dnipro have vanished - pulled back not as a strategy, but in panic
>When they retreated, Ukrainian HIMARS locked in, pushing hard on the Kakhovka-Melitopol supply corridor
>That pressure forced Russian logistics onto a single thin lifeline - the A147 highway
>The result? A massive traffic jam that throttled Russia's logistics flow to a third of its capacity
>Kyiv was waiting for this - the moment the withdrawal began, the 46th Air Assault Brigade redeployed to the Kopani-Verbove sector, hammering the crumbling Russian withdrawal effort
>As Russia's southern flank faltered, traffic surged toward Crimea, but the pontoon bridges at Chonhar and Henichesk were nowhere near ready to handle the surge
>While this was going on, panic shifted to the already vulnerable Kerch bridge - that's when the hammer fell
>Ukrainian special forces struck Sevastopol using drones, effectively locking the Black Sea fleet inside its own port
>Families of Russian officers began evacuating within 48 hours
>A report from the Kyiv Independent detailed a chilling scene: convoys of Russian military families stuck in traffic, their escape routes jammed by the same chaos that swallowed their army

>Even Air Force personnel from the 38th Warplane Regiment abandoned their families
>Russian command didn't just lose the frontline, they lost control of their own rear, supply lines are splintering, rotation of fresh troops was suspended, the Crimean garrison, once 40,000-strong, is being starved of ammunition
>A US-based R&D thinktank compared it to the 1944 Baltic Siege, except with one major difference: this time, the sea is no safe escape
>Crimea is no longer a fortress - it's a trap
>If the land corridor is severed, Crimea could run out of ammo in just 60 days
>Now property values in Crimea is up 20% in a single month, and price stabilization efforts failed
>Now Russian fuel shortages thanks to economic presssure and Ukrainian drone strikes are paralyzing air operations, and now Russian oil companies are no longer relying on pipelines; instead opting for tankers, except tankers is down 40% now, creating static defense on the frontlines – a feast for Ukie artillery
>Insurance costs for ships to Crimea is up 60% and gas prices at home? Forget about it!
This is the best you commies got? You're fucked now. Only difference is, one misstep is what fucked you up.

You lot always say Russia always wanted to take Ukraine, in three days even. But when you are asked why you believe you just switch to making baseless accusations and divert from the topic, because you know they never said that, and there is no good reason to believe they did want all of Ukraine. In reality Ukraine is a country full of inbred retards who are the equivalent of Alabamans who think "the south will rise again", and Russia is glad to be rid of them. They just don't want to force the parts of the country that are Russian to have to be part of that.

New Azov is mostly idiots who signed up based on the early war propaganda when they could pretend they were winning and people who weren't paying much attention could believe it without having to be totally delusional. They are a carefully husbanded resource that are something Kiev cannot replace anymore. The Ukrainians do not get volunteers anymore, and hasn't for a while. The Kiev regime committing Azov to the front lines is a sign things are truly desperate.

Let's see here
>Pokrovsk was a feint/trap – If Russia overcommitted there, it makes sense Ukraine would then unleash reserves like Azov or the 46th AAB at the real pressure points. Classic "fix and flank."
>Zaporizhzhia breach – The villages you mention (Kolodiazi, Vorone) being taken west of the Tokmak road would be huge β€” that’s the kind of penetration that puts Russian southern logistics under direct threat.
>Logistics chokehold – Shoving everything onto the A147 is the nightmare scenario for Russian planners. Thin lifelines are precisely where HIMARS shines.
>Psychological pressure in Crimea – The Kerch bridge panic, family evacuations, and Sevastopol strikes all converge on the β€œhome front” breaking apart morale. When officer families flee, rank-and-file see the writing on the wall.
>The β€œtrap within the trap” – Russia tries to stabilize one sector, only to find its rear collapsing and its civilians jammed in the same convoys as retreating soldiers.
>Rear-Area Collapse – Abandonment by Air Force personnel isn’t just desertion β€” it signals loss of trust in command. Families fleeing creates a civilian-military panic feedback loop (officers leaving families flee rank-and-file morale implodes).
>Crimea as a Trap – A fortress works only if supply is secure. By choking the land corridor, Crimea flips from a defensive stronghold into a logistical sinkhole. 60-day ammo horizon is a death sentence for a garrison that size.
>Economic & Psychological Front – Rising property values amid crisis = panic buying/speculation, not confidence. It means locals expect collapse and are grabbing assets while they can. Fuel shortages, tanker dependency, and drone harassment don’t just cut supply β€” they force a static posture, which, as you point out, makes artillery feasts inevitable.

>Strategic Misstep – That β€œone misstep” you mention (overextending into Pokrovsk, underestimating Ukraine’s timing) essentially set off a chain reaction. Russia didn’t just lose ground β€” they lost flexibility, initiative, and now time itself (60-day countdown).
>Maritime Pressure – Shipping insurance spikes + tanker drop = Crimea becoming quasi-blockaded without a formal blockade. The Black Sea fleet trapped in port adds to the bottleneck β€” no escape valve.
This is total FUBAR. Say what you want.

>I never said that, I do say however that putin claimed he could take kyiv in two weeks.
There is no city which is called "kyiv" by people who knew that Ukraine existed before 2022.
>Also I guess you memoryholed the three huge convoys that headed toward kyiv.
I guess you literally never paid attention to the war outside of Ukrainian propaganda. Otherwise you'd understand the operational and strategic situation in the early days in the war, and you'd be really embarrassed about what you just said. Then again, you're a Frenchman, so unless you have a Corsican doing it for you, operations are completely impossible for you to understand. You think that elan is all you need for victory, so throw more Ukrainians into those failed counter attacks.
>I literally linked you a video of putin saying he thinks both russian and ukrainian are the same people.
Is that the same as saying "therefore we intend for the SMO to take full control of all of the current internationally recognized territory of Ukraine"? It isn't? Oh, I guess you're just retarded then. Putin realizes that all of Ukraine is part of Russia, and Ukrainians are just retarded Russians, but he also realizes he's better off without the retards who imagine having fetal alcohol syndrome makes them the master race.

NATO zogbots and FVEY glowniggers are the worst. There isn't even one thing valuable or honorable they are fighting for.
Their usual MO is to call anyone against their gay treason a Russian or one of the cute little names they've come up with.
The funny thing is, they are part of the surveillance state on this honeypot site, so they have the wherewithal to know the ones shitting down their throats on the internet are American citizens, tired of their shit.

Don't forget, this entire conflict went hot over a decade ago, under Obama. Just another jewish-led plan to kill White people and steal from Americans.
>1.7 million+ dead Ukrainians in a deliberate jewish genocide against White slavs.
>Millions more fled abroad, ready to be replaced by Blackrock, et al. imported niggers and poos.
>Conflict origin in US State Dept-led coup a decade ago. They won't even admit to this obvious fact anymore like the little bitches they are.
>All the jews in Ukraine were allowed to leave untouched, en masse, subsidized and ushered to safety
>Press gangs continue in order to propagate this genocide, with the goal of the aftermath to sell all assets in Ukraine to Blackrock and similar evil, jewish, rogue corpos aligned with corrupt, traitor deep state mafia.
>The only thing the EU represents is infinite niggers and saracens to exterminate White Europeans and surrendering sovereignty to pedophile investment bankers in Brussels, whose appetite for blood has only grown since the Dutroux Affair.
>Billions and billions of taxpayer dollars funneled into the pockets of corrupt officials, money laundering, and to pay wages for lying constantly, deliberately, all the time to the American people.
>Shill after shill, glownigger after glownigger, trying to eke out a crumb of support or to interdict good information through a relentless psyop campaign, goreposting, and accusing the citizenry when one speaks out against their treasonous jewish corruption.

Ukraine has always been fucking annoying to me, although I mostly knew about them from /k/ back in the day when they were known for shelling kids in the Donbass and generally being dicks. The "erm akshually" shit where they change what spellings you get yelled at for using every other week is the easiest thing to point to, but they really are a bunch of absolutely insufferable dweebs in every other respect too. The way they wewuz about every single thing a Russian ever accomplished was actually done by a Ukrainian, and pretend they're superhuman while losing as hard as they are, the second hand embarrassment alone is probably why so many people in the US are coming to hate them. Russians may not be the mostly wonderful snuggly people on the planet, but neither are Americans. Ukrainians are Israeli levels of arrogantly inept.

Russian doesn't have a "the" article. Or they use it for everything, I can't remember. Either way, that's not important. The historical reason for "Ukraine" being translated as "the Ukraine" was because it meant borderlands.

Also, their withdrawl from the front was a condition for the turkey talks
