I don't disagree with the idea that it's better to have a small number of things you actually care about compared to a shit ton of things where you won't even notice if one goes missing.

The actual argument was "cheap foreign labor used for profit pumping out low quality dolls you can afford 30 of" vs "expensive domestic crap that will have to raise quality to justify its price since you can now only afford 5 of them".
