Jobs.now + USCIS Tip form = Fight H1B Fraud
As per the Dept of Labor, one of the requirements of the PERM job posting on behalf of the H1B (to check the US labor market if a US worker with similar skills is available) is that the company should post the job with the same/similar job description that they used to recruit the H1B, but many a times that is not what happens.
Companies instead tailor the job posting to the resume of the H1B, making it much more difficult for a US worker to bid for the same job that the H1B once applied for. This is illegal as per the US labor laws.
A US worker can now see the PERM job postings on jobs.now, they can then match the job description to this company's typical job description with the same job title (there are plenty of websites that archive old job postings from each employer), then use the USCIS tip form to notify US Govt. of this fraud.
