If people die in a shootout during a bank robbery, the bank robber is charged for their death, even if it was a police bullet that killed them. The criminal is responsible for all deaths related to their crime.

In the case of the illegal alien, illegally operating a truck on a turnpike, committing an illegal u-turn, which caused 3 deaths, it's far worse, than a bank robbery, which is a property crime. This was an act of terrorism. and the truck driver should receive the death penalty. The company, that hired the illegal should have all it's assets frozen, and be charged for their crimes as well.

Every minute that an illegal alien is in the country they are a criminal, and should be treated as such.
