Good meal i often fry onions and beef or beef liver.

Chicken liver is pretty good as well, and very cheap. The increased surface area lets you get a good sear. Might have to pick up some or chicken hearts and do barbeque skewers later this week. The problem is I'm renting and don't own a grill. Might have to head to a private park with some road sodas and kick back and use their grills.

Makes me wish I didn't move. I loved cracking some cold ones with friends and cooking with charcoal.

With liver, there's some tight skin like stuff on part of it. Cut this off on the plate after cooking, unless you want a chew.
Don't cook it for long <5minutes in a frying pan after part cooking the onions, just till it stops being wet blood.

Liver is not tasty. Fois gras with a strong sauce was edible and I think very healthy.
