How do you deal with 95 % women workplaces? Dumb women started to reject what im saying because they feel being "mansplained", the whole organization im working in is becoming disordered and going to shit. I told one lazy whore from finance to stop procrastinating and writing news bills to clients, abd she just called me a "kid" in a castrating manner.

What the fuck are you doing? SWITCH JOBS FOR FUCKS SAKE. I worked at few woman majority workplaces in my early 20s. A normal, somewhat masculine male mind simply cannot maintain its sanity in a place like that. Women don't give a shit about competence. A workplace like that can have several people who are complete fuck ups and straight up sabotage the workplace but the other women will outright ignore it for years if that person is well liked. A boss is supposed to be impartial and not get involved personally with subordinates but every single fucking female boss I've had, had a group of "besties" who were all sucking up to the boss and stroking her ego while simultaneously shit talking her behind her back every chance their get. These "besties" also get away with a bunch of shit and get special rights because they are buddies with the boss. Let's look at how personal conflicts go in male vs female workplaces:

Male workplace: Worker A and B simply don't like each other. Maybe yell at each other. Maybe call each other faggots. Stop talking but still co-operate when needed. Other than that keep their mouths shut and work resumes as usual. Maybe a few other people know that they hate each other.

Female workplace: Worker A and B simply don't like each other. Spend half of the day gossiping about each other. Straight up try to ruin the other persons life simply because they have incompatible personalities. Refuse to work with each other. Don't respond to work related emails from the other person. Bullying, if one worker gains the upper hand socially. If you are in a conflict you basically have to turn into a conniving gossiping faggot freak in order to defend yourself, otherwise the other person will spend years trying to fuck your shit up through gossiping and false accusations.

You're probably ugly or low status then. Just find another job, a 95% women workplace sounds like hell and they'll never promote you over a diversity hire. Just get out while you can.

Women have always been kind of easy for me to use/manipulate/comfort/gain trust/etc. Not because I'm especially good-looking, either. I think women have a very difficult time distinguishing fake empathy from real empathy.

Then if I want them to do something for me, I just sort of slip it in and then pivot to a non sequitur about how it's all going to be okay. If I need to explain something to them, I use a similar approach, and then ask them about problems they've been having, and why things suck, and then I start introducing suggestions after they have emotionally puked all over me.

I currently work in a concrete plant, 100% men. I've never seen an office from the inside. I've never worked with a woman and I hope I never have to.

My workplace is about 90% women. Just do your job and be friendly but detached from everyone at work. I never correct anyone's work or give unsolicited advice and literally couldn't care less if someone objects to my work. I just give a non confrontational *thanks for your input* and continue doing whatever I was doing. Never had issues, come to work smiling and relaxed every day

I don't deal with it and neither should you or anyone else. My job started hiring more women and everything started going to shit. The once productive (male) office turned into constant personal chatter, gossip, dance parties, etc. So I just stopped going.
