Organ Donation
Nobody on /pol/ ever talks about this. Im not asking to "redpill" me on organ donation, but at the same time I am sort of asking that in a way.

At face value its all made up to be some kind of amazing thing, but is it in reality? Going into the details of it, the person still has to be alive, so essentially the donor is alive during the process of all their organs being ripped out and thats what makes me think there's some kind of sinister thing going on with organ donation

That's not how it works. If you're marked as an organ donor, it just means that the second you're pronounced dead, they send you to get your organs taken out. Now, that's what it's supposed to be and of course the organs used for transplants, but what really happens for the vast majority is your body simply gets sent to the military, and they use it for weapons testing. There is a belief by some that if you're an organ donor, doctors won't try to save you or purposely do shady shit that will kill you.
