Issues from being a manlet 99% of the time is mostly a subconscious thing honestly. If you're already having issues with yourself mentally then you'll likely base it on your imperfections, but it doesn't literally stop you from getting laid or developing a relationship, it's mostly your mental state.

Height is a matter of perspective. It's circumstantial across races, nationalities, cultures, demographics, and personal preferences. It's not a black/white attribute where a person is short at 5'11 and tall at 6'. You can be 6' and a manlet in the eyes of someone 6'7.
