Because you can't afford to deport him. He is the product of a system and that system is Walmart. Walmart needs cheap jeets to deliver your ice cream, TVs and funko pops on time.
If you want the jeets gone, vote to re-regulate trucking. Larger states like California, Illinois and New York are trying to do this. If you force trucking prices to be pegged to railroad and marine prices, then Walmart can't exist and you will take a train 25 min into the city to pick up your stuff at a central warehouse instead.
