Will you grieve Trump if he dies of heart failure?

As much as I hate Trump I really hope he doesn't die this second term because having J.D. Vance as President would be infinitely more embarrassing for our country. Dude's a beta with a jeet wife and negative charisma. He could very well be the death knell of our Republic.

Trump has the best medical care in the world, but if he does kick it... yeah, JD Vance will just shit all over us.

I'll grieve the chance to see him prosecuted for his crimes but console myself with the opportunity to go after his kids. Yes, he's going to pardon them. No, preemptive pardons have never been tested in court and are by no means a sure thing. The purpose of the pardon with respect to constitutional law is for the executive to give convicts a "last chance" against unjust prosecution. There is literally no provision within the big C which suggests the executive has unlimited power to pardon his family members arbitrarily to avoid the consequences of their crimes -- Nuremberg defense or no.

Yes, Biden "did it first." No, that doesn't mean I supported it then or that you should support it, either.
