Is even a single company going to invest in the US now when the orange overlord can just decide he doesn't like it and block it on a whim?

Invest in nuclear, coal, or natural gas. Any other energy source is tax theft.
>b-b-but Chernobyl
Plants have been running for decades with no incident, and technology has never been better.
>b-b-but waste!
Goes into concrete coffins, 1/1000000th as damaging as letting a trillion niglets spawn in Africa and India.

>fails to mention how ecologically disastrous offshore wind farms are.
Massive wind farms are retarded anyways. Wind power is best harnessed on small scale with small turbines on homes and along highways.
They make vertical wind turbines that are only 6 feet tall and work much better than the massive ones that are almost always down for maintenance.
The building of these massive offshore windfarms kills countless fish and marine mammals. But it's not like you care, you kikes don't really care about the planet, just your endless grifts on the American tax payer.

wind power makes electricity costs rise, op. Trump is correct in shutting that grift farm down.
We need coal and nuclear.

On the same topic as small scale wind turbines on everyone's homes. The same should be done with solar. Having solar panels on everyone's homes, offsetting their personal electricity use is FAR more efficient that building huge solar farms that suffer from the same problems as huge wind farms.

Solar and Wind are great sources of electricity, but only when done on small scale.

>The Revolution Wind project was about 80% complete, with 45 of its 65 turbines already installed, according to the Danish wind farm developer Ørsted, when the US Bureau of Ocean Energy Management sent the firm a letter on Friday ordering it to “halt all ongoing activities”.

>“In particular, BOEM is seeking to address concerns related to the protection of national security interests in the United States,” wrote Matt Giacona, the agency’s acting director, adding that Ørsted “may not resume activities” until the agency has completed a review of the project.

>Giacona, whose prior work as a lobbyist for the offshore oil industry alarmed consumer advocates, also said that the review was necessary to “address concerns related to the protection of national security interests of the United States”. He did not specify what those national security concerns are.

How does that work?
Anonymous (ID: sesdIdJ7) United States No.513825605
>>513825381
Solar and wind are the most heavily subsidized and environmentally hazardous power industries. The power is kept artificially inexpensive by subsidizing the companies that run the wind and solar farms. Even though nuclear gives the best return on investment for power to cost, because wind and solar are subsidized so much, it's not worth it for companies to build nuclear, because they can just get free money from the tax payer.

this is most likely due to pressure from the rhode island historical society (or some similar name). they own all the mansions in newport that were built for the vanderbilts etc. in the 1800s and currently give tours and i assume charge people like a hundred thousand dollars to have weddings and all that. they've been fighting wind farms off the coast for decades because it will 'ruin the ocean vistas'. even indirectly, old money comes out on top.
