Majority non-White USA will experience a crisis of competence and will be unable to project power globally. The USA will then lose hegemony and collapse from USD no longer being the world reserve currency. Once the currency is worthless there will be a civil war followed by balkanization. The only thing keeping a heterogeneous society together is the currency.
