In a hypothetical world where minority crime rates, intelligence scores, education, and every other quantifiable metric of social civility was on par or better than those of whites, would the political right exist?
More plainly, if minorities were as "good" as whites, would the right exist and what would it look like?

It would not eliminate the central problem that when you put multiple distinct peoples in the same territory, they will start competing with and trying to undermine each other, which destroys social trust and brings the entire society down. There are a million examples all across the world and history of even comparatively low levels of heterogeneity (like people who are basically the same but just speak different languages, e.g. Yugoslavia) producing broken and dysfunctional poltical systems, up to and including eventual civil war and genocide. The nation-state was and remains the correct solution to this problem, and the only reason we're trying to roll it back is the greed of the upper classes see profit in turning their formerly homogenous countries into deracinated economic zones
