Ngl it really does piss me off how they ruined pizza hut. The nostalgia and memories and the pizza was good. My school even had a reward program with pizza hut if we read books we get free pizza.

Don't care if every single one of these places goes the way of the mall. Means nothing to me. I never ever go there. Seldom if ever eat out. There is no reason to. My house has food. Why would I need some random 15 people touching my food. Oh eating out is a treat. No it isn't. It's for poor people to feel important telling someone to make their shit like servants. It's to boost commercial real estate valuations, when it's just a box it's valued higher as any other franchise could take over that box easily. When is has custom features tied to one brand that drops the valuation as it takes a lot of cost to renovate for another business to move in.

Move to NTX. Hyped bbq. Everywhere get bbq it's bland, except Big Ds and they had an electric smoker. Expensive. Went out of business. Buy electric cabinet smoker. Make brisket that is so good it's amazing. Buy a turkey at Thanksgiving, luscious when smoked. Even better if it's already smoked and you smoke it again. Spiral ham, amazing. Buy pellet smoker. Hamburgers deluxe, have even smoked a from scratch cobbler. Steaks, smoke them and then open up the grate and sear to perfection. Didn't like Blackstone though it made everything taste funny. Make etouffe homemade, authentic fried rice. One day I will perfect the scratch biscuit.
On New Year's Eve I make from scratch a giant midnight breakfast with all the trimmings, pancakes, biscuits and gravy, eggs, meats, hash browns. Cooking is fun. Getting attitude from disgruntled employees handing me a gray pattie of ecoli is not.
