Ive been tracing my network for past few hours from multiple locations why does most of traffic go through UK,canada or Australia? If ur an american citizen why are ISPs sending ur packets to toronto or UK instead of directly sending them to the server u requested

Because when the traffic leaves the country, it's eligible for being captured by NSA

Everyone can analyze my data :D

This completely shits on the CIA though.

Guess that fancy surveillance state and Psywar internet box they built has consequences.

And they learn those consequences everyday with me :)

There is no need to redirect your traffic you retard, it can just be captured in various datacenters from a mirror/monitoring port in core routers. You would never notice the monitoring.

actually there is a need, by law, US can't spy on their own citizens. But other members of FVEY can.

FVEY's military and government intelligence agencies influence over ISP's and the traffic of online data.
Your data and traffic is redirected to other countries part of the FVEY axis so it can be inspected and surveilled in ways which are not legal to do by glowniggers and datacenters in your country.

It is handed off instead to other countries' military & govt intelligence apparatus to circumvent laws protecting citizens or to check the power of these rogue agencies.
They hand each other the laundry they are otherwise obligated to do, and instead all do each others' dirty work in one big corrupt game of grab ass.

They use this loophole for no other reason than to avoid obeying the law and to exert more tyrannical, unaccountable power over you.

You really should study how the internet works. Most local country ISPs pay the so called Tier 1 ISPs (Cogent, Hurricane Electric, Sparkle, etc) for the international routing, usually their only option to control how a packet is sent is choosing which ISP it is going to be sent through. Once it is sent how it moves depends entirely on the routing set up by the Tier 1.

So local isps cant communicate with one another but have to choose a tier 1 to send packets across large distances. Apparently their are are no tier 1 China ISPs as well

Yeah OP only half-way knows what he is talking about. A more educated question would be (and not sure if OP has confirmed this even) something like:

why are American ISPs always peered with only 5-eyes countries? (which I dont think is the case and could be checked with bgp.tools and alike
