Who is you? Adolf Hitler wrote that he had certain ambitions for land in the east in 1925, this was not a policy during Hitlers rule. Of course Germany would have taken land in the east if the war against the USSR had been won, but that doesn't change the fact that it was still a preventive war because the Soviets were building a massive army on our borders first, not us.

No he did not, he loved the Soviets and even secretly negoitated a plan of war against Germany in in 1939. He also admitted in his own post war memorials that had already conducted a secret correspondence with Roosevelt while he was Minister of Navy, which gave rise to the Tyler-Kent Affair.
