Its inhumane. Not because of classism, but because said black people will never have any agency or self determination, or accreditation of accomplishments as a group. Under such a system, they contribute not to themselves at all, but to an overclass that they cant even feel proud of contributing to, only resentful and contemptuous. Niggers who are more sociable and intelligent can have a higher status among their racial peers, they can be payed more and have better accommodations. How is that inhumane? It's just controlling a workforce that would otherwise be a population of thugs and criminals.
