Made my peace with the fact that America is dead, or at least, America as it should have been—is dead. No need to be lugubrious about it; Even if there wasn’t an influx of illegals, half of the country is so brainwashed by big daddy government and the corporations that the U.S. would have still descended into a totalitarian Huxlian nightmare.
Ive accepted that it’s unironically over. With that being said, my life is not entirely devoid of meaning, as I can still strive to do and find the things that make me content in life: learning, laughing, finding a wife and having a couple kids etc., so I plan to devote all my efforts to that end. Just try to build an ark for me and mine and then ride out the storm, whatever that ultimately looks like, and if we all die we all die. In the meantime, however, I’m gonna do some reading, get drunk, meme around for a little, ring a booty call and try to enjoy my weekend.
TLDR everything is fake and gay except for what we perceive in our own minds, so might as well be a hedonistic solipsist and try to find joy in the little pleasures we can garner.
