Cali, if you have money get a van or a camper. Becoming a citizen helps some but jeets get class A CDLs here so it's not that hard lol. There's plenty of homeless resources and bullshit county make work jobs. A lot of professionally homeless and illegals pickup trash off the beach that they probably left there for work, the homeless do this for a few months and live frugal for years with foodstamps and a paid off van. You can park your van where there's street parking at night, and park in free public spots during the day. Or if you keep your shit tight, only leave during scheduled street sweeping. You'll only get towed if your being a complete jackass and getting the fire department called and having expired registration and no insurance on a street with posted no overnight parking. Even then there is a couple who keeps one person in their truck bed camper at all times so the city can't legally tow it.
