Define bad? For 100's of years the world is afraid of Russia. Russia doesn't care if a city is burned to the ground and every living thing dead because thats what Russia did to acquire the city. Russia has never cared about the numbers of their own dead but other countries do. Other countries know if too many die the people will overthrow the government. Russia knows Russians will die to the last person and no one even thinks of stopping it. For Russia the last one standing on the battle field is the winner. They know any opponent will pack up and go home after too much blood.
