It depends. IMO niche fields of law or compliance where information is hard to locate will be difficult to totally replace. Ironically, in countries where the law is simple and straightforward it will be easier.
The convoluted nature of common law protects legal/compliance positions in a lot of the angloid countries but I think these roles will be rarer in continental European countries. I don't think it ever fully goes away because you have to tard wrangle the bot.

People saying education is over and just be le tradie are probably wrong and the power of LLMs is way overhyped, but they definitely will get rid of a lot of low end white collar work like how microsoft office suite eliminated tons of clerks and secretaries.
