i'd just take regular GABA for nerve pain instead of gabapentin as the latter will greatly diminish your faculties at moderate dosages, and it also has some pretty shit side effects to the renal system.

Im a primary care doc. I frequently prescribe stimulants for ADHD. typically I like to start with stretta first as its less cardio toxic long term but not as effective. If that fails I'll use either Adderall Concerta or vyvanse and I find such little difference between the three except for half life. ill typically start Adderall since its usually more available unless patient has a preference. Stimulants are fine as long as taken appropriately
