I'm wondering when countries like Poland or Finland or Balts, or Kaukaz nations and even China should start to take actions (and not only thinking about it) that its in best interest of russian citizens to give away their land and citizens to said countries. And if oligarchs from Moskow and St Petersburg would try to opose it then help them to get rid of them.

It would be enormous burden for us to civilize those lands and re-educate populoation to normal citizens out of their curent pathetic state - but maybe we should take this burden?

>The SBU carried out a strike on the Gazprom Ust-Luga gas processing complex. The hardest hit was the key part of the plant β€” the cryogenic fractionation unit.

This unit can rightfully be called the β€œheart” of the entire complex. It is here that gas condensate is separated into individual components. Afterward, they are either exported or used as feedstock for producing valuable products such as ethylene and other polymers at the Baltic Gas Chemical Complex.

The Ust-Luga plant is one of the largest in Europe. Its capacity allows the processing of up to 45 billion cubic meters of natural gas annually. It also produces 13 million tons of LNG, 3.6 million tons of ethane, and 1.8 million tons of propane-butane per year. Damage to such a critical facility will have significant consequences.

>Ukraine spotted Russia’s Aug 11 advance 6 miles into Donetsk before it began, The Telegraph.

Moscow aimed for the Dobropillia-Kramatorsk highway, a key supply road.

Aug 12, Azov redeployed from Kharkiv, surrounded Russian troops, and turned the incursion into a trap. 1/
>By Aug 14, Ukraine retook 6 villages. Azov reported 385 Russians killed, 37 vehicles destroyed, plus an AFV and a tank.

Russian units tried suicide missions, sending men on motorcycles, dirt bikes, even scooters. Ukrainian drones caught and eliminated them. 2/
>Shaun Pinner, a former British marine with Azov, described the front as an iron curtain of drones. He said no soldier moves unseen. Ukrainian troops added the breach happened during manpower rotation, but Azov’s corps-level command allowed rapid redeployment. 3/
>Gen. Syrsky said Russia now shifts troops south toward Zaporizhzhia, planning a larger offensive to seize the whole region. Failed Donetsk push coincided with Putin’s meeting with Trump, where Moscow demanded Ukraine cede Donbas, 88% already occupied. 4X

>Why is the currency not devaluing then?
Because free-market mechanism that would normally do that were turned off 1 year ago when dolar to rubble ratio skyrocket to 110:1. They froze it then which stabilised it, and later even made it much stronger but it also made it fake. I mean rubble is curently worth as much as Anodina or putin or whomever decided and not how much market "feels" it should be. And this is something that literally every country in the world could do if they would like to and its not suprising that only countries like Cuba, Venezuela, North Korea and several other really did. But not countries from EU or more widely - entire "Weast" as this is best way to fuck yourself in a long term, or more rather those poorest ones in your country. Coz sooner or later you will have to turn back on free-market mechanisms and then bread for example will start to cost 7times more today then it was yestreday.

The only way whn you can postpone it is to not to be part of global market thats why it "works" in as i said earlier for example Cuba, Venezuela or North Korea.

Ngl I’m very interested to see the upcoming court ruling on whether the Irish gov has to admit its neutrality is actually underpinned by secret cold war era defence treaties with the uk especially concerning air and sea defence. For us its practically an open secret that they exist but we don’t really mind so no one pushes for official confirmation on our side. Not sure why the Irish gov is fighting against it though, opposing it means that they have something to hide anyways. We all know they exist

Ust-Luga is key for the Russian export of oil and gas via the Baltic Sea.

It is reported that the main damage from the drone strike was inflicted on the cryogenic unit for deep hydrocarbon processing, where gas condensate and natural gas are fractionated. It is a critical part of equipment.

This may have long-term consequences.

The Ust-Luga complex is considered one of the most powerful gas processing plants in Europe. It can produce up to 45 billion m3 of natural gas and up to 13 million tons of LNG annually.

Europe celebrated Ukraine’s Flag Day.

Thank you for standing with Ukraine!

A 30-meter Ukrainian flag was unfurled in front of the European Parliament. The event was traditionally organized by Ukraine’s representation in Brussels.

In Poland, activists painted the asphalt in front of the Russian Embassy in blue and yellow.

In Latvia, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs building was illuminated in blue and yellow. Ukrainian flags were also displayed on government buildings across the country.

https://x.com/Gerashchenko_en/status/1959349554987315615

What's happening with the Russian economy:

β—Ύ Automotive industry
Sales of passenger cars and trucks have dropped due to high loan interest rates. Tens of thousands of vehicles are stuck at the car factories' warehouses with no buyers in sight.

In 2024, KAMAZ sold almost one-third fewer trucks than in 2021. The plant incurred a net loss of 3.4 billion rubles ($42.2 million), revenue fell by 8.8%, and profit from sales decreased 15-fold.

KAMAZ workers even had to be moved to a four-day work week. But while in Europe this is done to boost productivity and take care of employees, in Russia, it's aimed at cutting production and optimizing costs. Other machine-building factories that produce civilian equipment and can't find buyers are also reducing the work week.

β—Ύ Agricultural machinery industry
Production of farm machinery has collapsed by 27%. Farmers don't have the money for new combines, loans are unaffordable, and old machines are reaching the end of their service life. Rostselmash and other manufacturers are also switching to shortened work weeks. Meanwhile, the fields are seeing the harvest of a "compact (poor) crop."

β—Ύ Agriculture
For the second year in a row, southern regions are experiencing a record-low harvest. Russia may lose up to 25% of its grain crop. May frosts and drought devastated the crops, while the high Central Bank rate and rising fuel prices have made farming unprofitable. Russia is now importing butter from the UAE and potatoes from Mongolia.

β—Ύ Construction
After a brief surge in late 2024-early 2025, growth rates fell to 2.6% in March 2025. Almost no new projects are being launched, and the production of building materials and metals is stagnating. Why? Because there's no demand, while wage arrears at construction companies are increasing.

After a brief surge in late 2024-early 2025, growth rates fell to 2.6% in March 2025. Almost no new projects are being launched, and the production of building materials and metals is stagnating. Why? Because there's no demand, while wage arrears at construction companies are increasing.

β—Ύ Gas by coupons
A 4.3% drop in oil output and declining gas output is already a wake-up call for the budget, as these resources have been the main source of money for decades. But drone strikes on oil depots and OPEC+ commitments have taken their toll. And to keep citizens 'entertained,' a certain Soviet-era practice has returned in some regions.

In Primorye, annexed Crimea, and Zabaykalsky Krai, gas can only be bought using coupons, while in Chita, no more than 10 liters per car are allowed. Kilometer-long lines form at gas stations. Gas prices have risen by 50% since the start of the year. The authorities blame "seasonal demand," but everyone knows it's a result of drone strikes and sanctions.

β—Ύ Aviation
Out of 15 commercial jets planned for production in 2025, only one has actually been delivered. The production of the rest is stalled due to sanctions and a lack of components. With a fleet of more than 700 foreign-made planes, Russia is effectively hostage to imports of spare parts through third countries. The number of engineers isn't growing either. And so far, it's difficult to replace them with migrant workers.

β—Ύ Shipbuilding
Rosmorport terminated its contract with the Onega Shipbuilding Plant to build two icebreakers worth 18.5 billion rubles ($230 million). The reason is sanctions, which prevented the project from even starting. Cooperation with TΓΌrkiye's Kuzey Star Shipyard was planned, but the war cut everything off.

β—Ύ TVs
Voronezh-based manufacturer Kvant discontinued the production of Irbis TVs due to "insufficient consumer interest," and employees haven't received their salaries since the end of 2024. The wage arrears have already exceeded 60 million rubles ($745 thousand).

In the first seven months of 2025, Russia's budget deficit reached 4.88 trillion rubles ($60.5 billion). Regional budgets accumulated a shortfall of 400 billion rubles ($5 billion) over six months. The high Central Bank rate is suffocating businesses, sanctions are blocking technologies, and drones are adding to this chaos.

The Kremlin spends 40% of the budget on war, while the civilian economy dreams of a bright future.

The Coordination Headquarters noted that Dmytro has lost a significant amount of weight. His health has deteriorated considerably due to heart problems and an abscess. Rehabilitation awaits him in Ukraine.

Dmytro was illegally detained by the Russians in the spring of 2022 in Kyiv region, along with his father. Dmytro's father was later released, while the journalist remained in Russian captivity for over three years.

It's unfortunate that this will create energy problems for the Hungarians. But this kind of economic warfare against Russia is obviously fully justified at this stage in the war, even if it hurts other nations economically as well. Ukraine obviously (and rightfully) prioritizes it's own existence over the comfort of Hungarians. Any nation would do the same.

Rate my Flamingo plan, if Syrskiy would've asked me where to fire 300 Flamingos.

Phase 1, drone swarm preparation: IADS nodes, focusing on clearing ingress corridors toward the objectives listed below. Besides local radar points, we're also targeting CDAA ("Krug"-type) signals intelligence complex in Kaliningrad. Neutralizing this asset blinds Russian long-range electronic warfare and submarine communications in the Baltic and North Atlantic.

1/2

Phase 2: 150 rockets

Objective: Induce systemic, cascading failure in Russia's missile production capabilities.
Priority 1 (Propellant Chokepoints):
Federal Center "Soyuz" (Dzerzhinsk, Moscow Oblast): Central R&D and production for Topol-M, Yars, Iskander, and Smerch solid rocket fuel.
Kamensky Plant (Kamensk-Shakhtinsky): Critical motor production for Iskander and Tornado MRLs.
"Anozit" Plant (Novosibirsk Oblast): Russia's sole producer of ammonium perchlorate, the critical oxidizer for all modern solid propellants. This is the single most valuable MIC target.
Perm Powder Plant (Perm): Specialized components for ICBMs.
Priority 2 (Electronics & Guidance):
Kremnii EL Plant (Bryansk): Russia's second-largest microelectronics producer, supplying components for Iskander and Pantsir systems.
Avangard Plant (St. Petersburg): Produces microchips and radio electronics for ballistic and cruise missiles.

Phase 3: 100 rockets

Objective: Cripple refining capacity beyond the range of current drone assets, targeting facilities crucial for both military fuel and export revenue.
Primary Targets (East of Urals/Siberia):
Angarsk Petrochemical Corporation (Angarsk, Irkutsk Oblast): One of Russia's largest refineries, processes crude from Eastern Siberia.
Antipinsky Refinery (Tyumen, Tyumen Oblast): The largest privately-owned refinery and the only major one in the Ural Federal District.
Gazprom Neft Omsk Refinery (Omsk): A key hub processing crude from Western Siberia.

Phase 4: 50 rockets

Objective: Shatter the perception of safety deep within Russia and disrupt key command and logistics nodes.
Primary Targets:
Engels-2 Air Base (Saratov Oblast): Russia's sole operating base for the Tu-160 strategic bomber. Even if aircraft are dispersed, the objective is the permanent destruction of unique maintenance infrastructure, runways, and command facilities, rendering the base unusable.
National Defense Management Center (Moscow): The primary military C2 hub. A direct strike is a decapitation move.
Key Railway Logistics Hubs: Saturation strikes on major rail junctions like Lisky station (Voronezh Oblast) that serve as irreplaceable arteries for supplying the front.
