>>513934351>the afd can't really openly say what their actual plans would look likeeven assuming those were their actual plans, hey, maybe based Hรถcke wins the internal battle over the cuckservative boomers who basically just want pre-merkel CDU.
How the hell do you think it'd actually play out?
Hรถcke is now the new chancelor not even in a coalition because he got... not even 51% but 67% in the election, a 2/3rds majority in parliament.
And now?
How's he gonna kick out the niggers? They have citizenship. CITIZENSHIP, these aren't just "asylum seekers" that got the right to stay, according to the german constitution they are as german as any Hans or Peter.
Like, at some point he'd have to be like
>yo, you know all those passports the german gov. gave out like candy over the last decade?>yeah, we've just declared all the desicions of the previous two or three governments since merkel as null and void, you aren't citizens anymore. And the BVG, and the Bundesrat, and probably the Bundesprรคsident and everyone and their mom thats still in their seats from the current system that you cannot simply fire or change over just a single legislature period of 4 years, will throw a hissyfit, throw every legal block in the way that they can.
And to be honest, rightfully so. Not in a "moral" sense, I still want the niggers gone and thats a moral good, but in a "legal" sense, the german constitution prohibits taking away anyones citizenship for basically any reason, let alone characteristics such as ethnicity or religion. According to the constitution the Muslim Achmed that doesn't speak a word of german, but got german citizenship is legally indifferenciable from a german Hans.
They are exactly the same in the eyes of the constitution and trying to legally even just distinguish between them would violate the current constitution.
I'm not defending the constitution, it needs to be changed. But "remigration" is against the constitution itself.
