Genuine question: If Japan is finally relenting and allowing some immigration, why THESE countries specifically? Even if they hate foreigners, there's tons of people in civilized countries who at least actually like Japan, who would be less likely to bring crime with them. What's the logic in going straight to Indians and Africans? Japan would have no problem attracting immigrants from most countries.
