As for emotional intelligence the concept was first introduced by Abraham Maslow who was jewish. It was further pushed by Howard Gardner, Stanley Greenspan, Peter Salovey and Daniel Goleman who were also jewish.
In the 1960s there was an attempt to get more niggers into college with scholarships but as they could only run and jump and kick footballs most of them only got in on sports scholarships.
To explain away the failure of niggers to do well in maths or physics or anything else that required a brain they were forced to invent the idea that there were different forms of intelligence such as "emotional intelligence" so stupid people weren't stupid and race differences in intelligence didn't exist.

Emotional Intelligence is a cope. When they came up with the terminology people were bashing liberals for being hyper emotional reactionaries. Then some (((studies))) came out telling people they shouldnt feel ashamed for being emotional/empathic but rather it was a sign of intelligence. When they finally defined emotional intelligence they basically just reinvented the word for street smarts and conflated emotions with social skills. So now hyper emotional people feel valid even when they are neither social nor intelligent.
