The only difference is if you vote Democrat you get more Latinos and slightly less Indians
If you vote Republican you get less Latinos but significantly more Indians.

Technically to get the affect OP wants no deportations would be required, simply putting an emphasis on forcing billionaires to hire Americans and less H1B would help. Republicans wouldn't do that because cutting into billionaire profits is seen as socialism
