Their menu was always shit. It has stuff like meatloaf and chicken fried steak with grease.

NO!
The last Cracker Barrel that I saw as several streets away from a main street and had no highway access at all. The highway was below the neighborhood on an underpass about 20 feet vertically below it.
It's like one of those little restaurants that no one understands how they got zoning rights to be in a suburb and it serves worse food that you could get from mc donalds or from the frozen food aisle in the grocery store
