Politically speaking, do schizophrenics have better perception of "reality"?

The 'reality' schizophrenics access is their own subconscious, evolved to be silent, to give suggestions, no more. This is where insights originate. That word you can't remember pops into your head? From there. The ones who could not silence that 'reality' died out. There are many who are latent schizophrenics, and smoke the wrong weed, take the wrong hit of acid, and bam. Barrier broken.

Someone in that state cannot distinguish between psychosis and reality any longer. It is flat-out impossible for them to understand they are delusional.

There is nothing romantic about that. It is utterly maladaptive. It's losing every lottery all at once.
