I have a deep inner monologue and had introspective philosophical thoughts when I was about 8 years old which I later saw grown adults being amazed at a youtuber explaining to them. However I find it almost impossible to conjure images in my mind. I believe this is why I have never been a fan of fiction books with a lot of descriptive writing.
That said, I do dream. Sometimes in great detail.
