Well, my mom kicked me out of the house when I was 10. She did that because her new husband didn't want another male in the house competing for attention and she liked his credit limit, house, and inheritances more than she liked having children. So, there you have a treacherous whore who only gives a shit about her own material comfort. And my dad preferred being drunk with other shiftless, loser drunks to being a parent, which was his own form of material comfort. Both, representing a generation that gives a shit about nothing beyond their own immediate feels. And the solution is violence, removing their comfort, until they comply, restoring that comfort.

LOL. NO he didn't Bezos had family money that allowed him to purchase the book store chain that supplied his stock for the initial Amazon roll out. He wasn't a struggling guy with an idea. He was a merchant from a merchant class (and race) who adapted to a developing market. None of us would have had that opportunity, no matter what we did or could do.

You say this like it's just something that commonly happens to regular people and isn't an outrageous amount of money.

Most people would be lucky if their family could afford $1k - $10k to loan them, let alone just dropping $100k in some kid's lap and saying "have fun".

$100k shouldn't be a lot to any older middle class family that saved and invested responsibly instead of squandering it on 5 vacations a year and a new car every 3. My friend's parents worked in boomer tech, bank and insurance software, both making six figures and they own two homes and 3 vacations homes across 3 states. Their net worth is probably in the few millions just based on where their homes are, probably more.

I'm here wageslaving away for $60k.
I'm not a retard, so I have my small home paid off, no debts whatsoever.
Working on amassing enough treasure to actually start my own business, but it's slow going.
If I somehow got handed $525k from my parents ($245k in 1994 adjusted for inflation), I would put in my two weeks notice today and immediately start that business, and I would be completely fine financially even if I didn't turn a profit until 2032.
But if a bank gave me a business loan in that same amount at 6.6% (current bests rates possible) I'd need to be able to cough up $34.5k/yr in interest payments immediately.
In other news jewish usury is evil and should never be tolerated by civilized man.
