I remember the website of that paid 'warroom' group he was trying to promote was registered with the domain name of a country of some island country that doesn't care as much about anti-money laundering as say western countries.
But the giveaway is involvement in stuff like "cam girl" type sites. Basically those are well known for cleaning money because people buy "tokens" with real money, so that's just a number in a database. But obviously you need to have girls to add some kind of legitimacy (to register as users on the platform and to have some kind of audience that's dropping at least some money otherwise it's obvious what's going on).
The other thing is the time he admits he partnered with a local gangster in Romania to run a physical casino. He was trying to use the girls from the other business (webcam business) to drive foot traffic there. Again because it's going to look suspicious as fuck if he's claiming to have a lot of money running through the business and the place is empty.
It seems like he also fled the UK to Romania when they froze his accounts (he was stupidly bragging about not paying tax and so on). Basically him and the brother are dumbasses and I think the only think keeping them out of prison is some connection to something that glows (where they may be cleaning money for them and thus all the law enforcement attempts go nowhere), not because he's smart.
If it was smart he'd: keep his mouth shut. Present himself as having legitimate businesses and being a good member of the community (donating money and so on). Like there's a reason why you don't see actual gangsters talking about shit they do on livestreams, it's retarded and brings unwanted attention onto you.
