I think that hundreds of years ago it was an unspoken rule of society that women and children were the property of husbands and fathers. This dynamic was disrupted by a gradual increase in social legislation and state power until it became normalized for police to intervene in private disputes. For example in the UK it is illegal to discriminate even in who is allowed to join a Private Club. Overall great swathes of social legislation need to be reversed from the perspective that they crush freedom. For example in most of Europe homeschooling is illegal. The way they frame it is that homeschooling denies children their constitutional right to be educated.

You can’t. The nature of democratic politics is that now the people who are guaranteed rights are the same people who form the electorate which in turn forms the legislature that guarantees the whole thing in kind. It’s a closed circle sisterhood of women being given rights, voting in women, and then those women enshrining those rights into law…forever.

The only way out is to completely neuter the power of the legislature with a tyrannical executive. It would take a Napoleon in the National Assembly “god of war walks with me” type situation.

This is a good point. It is severely unlikely that any open democratic push to remove womens' franchise will work. It would work if we were like Muslims and women were more scared of their own men than they are of the law, which would require violent men and a weak law enforcement (similar conditions occur among blacks in the hood). The best bet is to try and act through the Republican Party in the hope they can implement a military coup. Which will get worse and worse as the military gets browner and browner, but it seems to be the best of a bad bunch of solutions to me.
