I know what's up. I have contact with the medical field and it feels like either some people know what's going on but avoid talking about it, or they're willingly delusional to cope. I've heard two young doctors talking about how gastrointestinal tumors have exploded among young people out of nowhere, and that's where the conversation ends. It's like they try to imply it among themselves but are scared to go delve further, maybe because of what it might mean for them. Or another time a patient came in for surgery, the assistant read the report to the doctors and says "complications after covid-19 vaccination" and an awkward silence followed then they started the procedure without saying anything. Mind you these people usually debate and talk all the time, even during procedures, if not debate then at least joke, always something to say. You could tell they wanted to turn a blind eye to this particular topic. Interestingly I haven't seen many doctors have medical issues, and they're the type to take the vaxx for real instead of faking it.
But anyway I don't think it's some mass die-off, I suspect the most boring option as is standard, some people are dying but nothing too extreme or noticeable, just a small reduction of people, enough to not raise too much suspicion.
