If there's no error in the logic, how do we go about making it so that 4chan schizos are entitled to a share of the proceeds derived from their blood, sweat, tears and jissom, and then building a legal-technical structure capable of paying anons for their shitposts?

i think generally speaking the corporate entities contracting with 4chan (and then selling the data) use the 4chan management, and the very terms and conditions i was referring to (scroll down to the bottom of the catalog to see them) as a kind of air-gap preventing liability.
the posts are explicitly owned by the poster, not whoever is using them/monitoring them/incorporating them in the data set.

This is why I argue that the posters should be entitled to a share of any profits gained from their use.

If you are asking about *how* the posts could be profitable:

> by using the posts as training data, potentially more useful than other social media platforms because it's unfiltered/uncensored

>by using the posts as testing for advertising campaigns or testing for theses and hypotheses or psyops

>by using 4chan as a substrate for other tests, advertising campaigns, A/B testing/red team blue team testing, etc-

basically i think the owners of 4chan sell the 4chan posts as training data and the users of 4chan as captive retard-zombies for their customers to beat up on and/or mind-rape, for profit.

I believe we retard-zombie-posters should be paid for our efforts. Maybe each user's IP address could have a profile attached to it, and money accrue to it according to views, (yous), which users can choose to claim if they want to give up their illusory anonymity?

Sadly this might make it much harder to post here as a bot or a shill, which would be a real loss for the ecosystem
