do not worry! because scientist now knows why 15 to 30 year olds are suddenly aging so fast during years 2021-2025

Scientists analyzed 15 years' worth of health data from nearly 25,000 adults and found that
>two years of exposure to heat waves could speed up a person's so-called biological aging.
Years 2022-2025 have all been hotter than usual compared to 2010s.
To make it worse this numbers build up over time (3 years of exposure to heat is even worse than 2 years of exposure), said Cui Guo, an assistant professor at the University who led the study, which was published Monday in the journal Nature Climate Change.
"This small number actually matters," she said. "This was mostly a study of a two-year exposure, but we know heat waves have actually been occurring for decades."
But we have seen actual results only during 2020s because thats when heating has really turned up a notch.
Right now the West Coast of the United States is suffering from sweltering temperatures while Iran is experiencing searing heat. Record-breaking temperatures punished Europe during July 2025, and Japan and Korea earlier this month (August 2025).
France recently experienced its second heat wave of the summer, sparking a national debate over air-conditioning.
Finland on the other hand has been quite cold for 2 weeks but nevertheless had record heat in July.
