I have been doing pouches for a few weeks. I got 6mg Velo brand, assembled in the US...

Velo also has a lift up lid to store "used" pouches. My first time i almost puked from zyns... I only leave them in for a minute or so and then put them back in. I reuse the same pouch numerous times.
