California in 2025 is like 20th century Ohio. There was a time where a lot of great people came out of the place but all the families worth their salt have left already. Now that you can make money in media from anywhere, Hollywood is dead, and all the tech jobs have gone to jeets while the New York investor money faucet is turning off, there isn’t even money to be made in California anymore. It’s just a whole state of white liberal losers and dysgenic freaks living off the labor of cheap Mexican and Chinese immigrants while they seethe at Republicans. It’s a pathetic state full of pathetic people, that is desperate to maintain the illusion that it is still the cool and wild place it was 30 years ago but isn’t.
