I suggested it was a The Producers style scam and that after it blows up Elong would be straight back to attracting investment for the next try.

You see he didn’t lie, the part named was probably in the fuel system, probably with a newer official title. But it has been around for 50 years+ or probably a lot longer. The trick was in the wording.
