Capitalism literally revolves around money. Money is the sole objective, measurable 'good' under capitalism. Under capitalism, life is essentially a game where the goal is to make as much money as possible. Things like beauty, culture, human flourishing - these might have subjective value to individuals living within capitalism, but to capitalism itself, these things have no value. This society revolves around money. And we've been taught for generations that it's basically okay to essentially undercut society, sell out your fellow man, etc. because that's how you make money, and that's capitalism. Under this system, it's considered only natural that a company would act against the interests of greater society as a whole. Don't hate the player, hate the game, except we're not supposed to hate the game either.
I'm not a communist btw. Humanity existed for thousands of years before either capitalism or communism existed as concepts. Both capitalism and communism suck because they're centered solely around economics and money, GDP, stocks, materialism and production. They don't assign any value whatsoever to spirituality, beauty, health, culture, unity, etc. As such, both systems eventually lead to rot and people feeling dead inside
