Wisconsin is definitely still the number 2 cheese producing state and barely behind California needing to waste up their water for the past 2 decades. The highest quality in the US by far and that claim is entirely believable but likely true for most places although they'd mix California and byproduct velveeta type too.

What i know is that Culver's has a farm in Beaver Dam and that's where I think they get their meat from.

Culver's is always a pleasant experience, for me and the food is top notch.
