Neither. He's a narcissistic boomer who spent weeks taking an obscure test that purports to measure IQ above 160 and scored well. His theory holds water if you take the time to understand it, but he thinks he is so special and important that he can't be bothered to define his jargon or try to explain it in language that anyone other than himself can fully understand. His theory is also too holistic and general to be applicable to physics.
The guy and especially his wife are mentally ill to the point that they can't have normal relationships with people. It's sad more than anything. Narcissism is usually seen as a character trait, but it's really a disease. WIth him it's so severe that it prevents him from living a normal life.
