This is what actually happened in Iraq, beyond all the news coverage about Saddam.

Saddam invaded Kuwait with Bush's permission and then Margaret Thatcher publicly accused George Bush of being impotent for not attacking Iraq over it, and George Bush was so pathetic he actually went to war over that.
