Finland banned phones from schools for under 16 year olds so that they behave.

Now parents started to collect doctors permissions for the kids to use phone despite the ban because "its mandatory to help with their mental health"

Kids shouldn't have smartphones before, at least, 13. Ideally 18 but I understand that you run the risk of turning them into "that kid" if you do that

Don't know about phones, but social media should be banned for everyone under 18.
