Why can't the Indian evade the car?
It does not look like the Indian car even try to evade. Its one thing to get hit by a car coming from obscure angle, but not being able to see a pick up truck heading straight at you in clear weather? All accidents have a % of burden on the main person and some on the victim. It's not fair to put 100% on the driver since the victims also appeared to make a mistake. If someone gets shot and they refuse to go to the hospital and end up dying, they get some of the blame since they didn't seek medical attention. He is just a kid, he make some mistake.
