This is what guided missiles were on their introduction. They even had the same problem with being jammed, and the same solutions being more advanced antennae on the weapons system, with the interim patch of wire-guided missiles.
Drones aren't replacing combat corps, but they will integrate will them.

That's what image recognition is for. After the jamming issues are resolved, the pursuit path is vehicle hardpoint mounting, submunition release, as well as fire-and-forget targeting. The image recognition software is already used over short distances for when the drone pilot loses VTX on jamming vehicles.

Individual soldiering quality is one thing, though most Ukrainians still aren't getting the same level of training as most professional NATO soldiers, though i'd say it's a pretty uncontroversial take to say that Ukrainian soldiers do on average, currently have the most battlefield experience of any force in the world.
The thing is, military outcomes are more often determined by logistics and doctrine then by individual soldiering quality. A NATO operation will be very thoroughly planned out, with contingencies in place at every phase, and they're well supported and we'll supplied, those troons you single out, are some of the ones dealing with logistics and planning on the backend, that backend is what enables the frontline troops to consistently make their objectives, it's what makes NATO standard militaries so effective. Ukraine didn't have that planning and organizational infrastructure in place ahead of this conflict, and implementing new doctrine in the middle of a war is, difficult, risky, and slow, so it hasn't seen wide uptake, mostly being restricted to freshly formed units.

Ukraine has mainly been on the defensive for 3 years (a few notable exceptions). Russia has captured 0.8% of Ukraine over the last 3 years of offensive. The front lines are still mostly static. Ukraine has endemic manpower shortages, with desertions being a major factor. The frequent use of guided bombs helps Russia advance all along the front (positions are sparsely manned). The quality of Russian forces continue to deteriorate, while losses accelerate. Russia rarely uses armored vehicles, most assault or with light vehicles (read golf carts and scooters). Ukraine is doing a renewed air campaign against Russian hydrocarbon. Russia is heavily mass producing Geran strike drones, last major attack had over 500 drones in the air. The war could go on for years still.
