Parliamentary supremacy in the UK is well-established. A prime minister with a reliable majority acts essentially without any oversight at all. If the courts declare an act illegal, pass an act declaring it legal. There is no fundamental law in the UK.

This is one of the main hurdles a lot of our nations face. The overbearing laws and bureaucracy, the red tape that binds any action to secure our demographics. Judges only interpret laws. Parliament can pass any law it wants so long as they vote on it. If parliament votes that it's legal to mass deport immigrants, then it is legal to do so and a judge cannot rule otherwise.
